  • Technical Data: Essential system data such as IP address and browser type required for secure account authentication and session management. We operate a strictly tracker-free website and do not use marketing cookies or tracking pixels.

  • Artificial Intelligence: We utilize Gemini 3 (Google) to power our AI interviewer. Your chat inputs are processed by this model to assist our human curators.

Your personal data, including interview transcripts and photos, is stored securely on our servers indefinitely as long as you maintain an active account. We implement strict technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or data breaches. Access to sensitive data is restricted exclusively to authorized curation and security staff.

6. Your Data Protection Rights
Under applicable data protection laws, you possess the following rights:

  • Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, receipts, and AI interview transcripts will be permanently and irrevocably erased from our active database.
  • Right to Access & Rectification: You may view and update your profile information through your user dashboard.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for us to process your sensitive data at any time by deleting your account.
