1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Lucid Dreams website (lucidevn.com), completing the AI-driven vetting process, and/or purchasing a ticket to any of our events, you ("the Guest", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using this site or attending our events.

2. Eligibility and Right to Refuse Service
Lucid Dreams events are strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. The organizers reserve the right of admission (Face Control). Completion of the AI interview does not guarantee entry. The organizers reserve the absolute right to deny entry, revoke membership, or expel any individual from the premises at any time, without prior notice or refund, for any reason, including but not limited to: intoxication, failure to meet the dress code, or violating the community vibe.

3. Ticketing, Payments, and Chargebacks
All ticket sales are strictly final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Tickets are tied to the specific identity of the vetted user.

  • No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or if you are denied entry/expelled for violating our rules.
  • Chargeback Waiver: By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank for a validly processed ticket. Any fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action to recover the funds.

4. Absolute Consent and Code of Conduct
Lucid Dreams is a strict consent-first environment. Any interaction must be preceded by clear, enthusiastic, and sober consent. The organizers maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, boundary violations, or non-consensual behavior. Violators will be immediately removed without refund and permanently banned.

5. Confidentiality and No-Gadget Policy
To protect the privacy of all attendees, no recording devices (smartphones, cameras, smartwatches) are permitted inside the event space. Gadgets must be checked at the door. Furthermore, by attending, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of the event. You may not publish, broadcast, or publicly disclose the location of the venue, the identities of other guests, or specific details of the activities that occur within.

6. Assumption of Risk and Liability Release
Lucid Dreams events feature sensory, kink, and BDSM-related activities (including but not limited to shibari, wax play, and impact play). You acknowledge that your presence and participation in or observation of these activities carry inherent physical and psychological risks.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, emotional distress, or property damage. You explicitly release, waive, and discharge the organizers, the venue owners, and the staff from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of your attendance.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucid Dreams, its founders, and its staff from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of another guest's rights, or any injury you cause to another person or property at the event.

8. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
